Summit Automotive Group
Limited Warranty Certificate

Summit Automotive Group is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Your business is appreciated and we look forward to servicing your vehicle in the future. In support of this commitment we offer a limited warranty. In addition, if you have comments or questions regarding the service you received, please feel free to contact the service center manager at the location listed on the front of this receipt.

What is Covered By The Limited Warranty

Summit Automotive Group Limited Warranty covers the services and products shown on the reverse side of your invoice. It protects you against defects in materials or workmanship for those services and products for either six months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first as measured from the date of service or mileage shown on the original invoice. This warranty is conditioned on the vehicle receiving reasonable and manufacturer’s recommended maintenance during the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered By The Limited Warranty

As part of ongoing commitment to provide you with the best service possible, Summit Automotive Group personnel may perform several visual safety checks on a vehicle while it is being serviced. However, personnel will not perform repairs and you are urged to have any noted items repaired at your earliest. No warranty is either expressed or implied by Summit Automotive Group that all safety repairs needed or defective parts will be identified by its personnel’s visual inspection.

In addition, Summit Automotive Group Limited Warranty does not apply if the original invoice indicates the customer declined to authorize specific labor, parts, or services required for satisfactory performance. This warranty does not apply when anyone alters or tampers with the Summit Automotive Group products or when corrective action is taken by anyone without prior written approval from the Summit Automotive Group where the service was provided. This warranty does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use the vehicle or other incidental or consequential damages.

How to Obtain Limited Warranty Service

Summit Automotive Group Limited Warranty is made by the independently owned and operated Summit Automotive Group shown on the reverse side of the invoice. To obtain warranty service, you must return to this service center with the original invoice. At that time, Summit Automotive Group reserves the right to inspect the vehicle involved in the claim before any corrective action can be taken.

Thank you again for your business!
